Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung für unser Strategie-Team und Du passt zu uns, wenn Du:

  • Dich gut in Marken und Zielgruppen hineinfühlen kannst
  • Ein Gespür für herausragende Kreation hast und inspirierende Briefings schreibst
  • Marktforschung versiert analysieren und interpretieren -und idealerweise auch selbst konzipieren und moderieren kannst
  • Gerne ganzheitlich und integriert arbeitest
  • Du Deine Marken nicht nur auf den vermeintlich richtigen Kurs bringen möchtest, sondern auch für sie und mit ihnen etwas bewegen willst
Was Dich auszeichnet:
  • Dein analytischer Scharfsinn, Deine markenstrategische Kompetenz und Deine äußerst strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du kannst Dich gut in Aufgabenstellungen hineindenken, sie kritisch und konstruktiv hinterfragen und komplexe Sachverhalte klar auf den Punkt bringen
  • Du denkst out of the box - elementar für unsere disruptive Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Du wirst von Kolleg:innen aus Strategie, Kreation und Beratung als Sparringspartner:in eingefordert
  • Du hast Erfahrung darin, Kundenworkshops zu konzipieren und sie souverän zu moderieren
  • Du präsentierst mitreißend und überzeugend – auch auf Englisch
Was Dich qualifiziert:
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung als verantwortlicher Stratege / verantwortliche Strategin 
  • Teamfähigkeit und Fingerspitzengefühl
  • Neugier und Gespür für Trends
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch 

Unsere Arbeitsweise: Wir arbeiten im Hybridmodell gemeinsam Montags bis Mittwochs vor Ort.
