Associate Director Digital Planning (Mensch) Düsseldorf Vollzeit Führungsposition Das bewegst du:
  • Als Gruppenleiter:in bist du für die strategische Kommunikation und Führung unserer Kunden verantwortlich, mit dem wir eine partnerschaftliche Beziehung auf Augenhöhe pflegen. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:
  • Führung, Organisation und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung deines Teams
  • Strategische Beratung und Budgetverantwortung für deine Kunden, einschließlich der Entwicklung von Mediastrategien über alle Digital-Disziplinen hinweg
  • Sicherstellung der operativen Arbeitsprozesse und Ergebnisse deines Teams, Marktbeobachtung zur Identifizierung von Wachstumsmöglichkeiten und Vorantreiben digitaler Themen
  • Planung und Präsentation von strategisch wichtigen Kundenpräsentationen
Das zeichnet dich aus:
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Mediaplanung/-beratung und relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition
  • Kommunikatives und souveränes Auftreten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Resilienz, Strukturiertheit und die Fähigkeit, Grenzen aufzuzeigen
