Position: Key Account Director - Partnerships Acquisition
Location: Dusseldorf
Work Environment: Office Based
The Partnerships division focuses on institutional, financial brokerage, and FinTech sales. We offer white-label solutions for banks, asset and wealth management firms, Money Services Businesses, and software platforms, granting access to a wide range of currencies, outsourced compliance services, and advanced foreign exchange management software.
The Partnerships team is dedicated to cultivating strong relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners.
Your Role
- Build a network of intermediaries from the ground up through market research and outreach, aiming to maximize revenue potential.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to foster partner growth while achieving personal and organizational objectives.
About You
- Passionate about establishing new relationships with a client acquisition mindset.
- Interest in financial markets, ideally with a background in finance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and through various communication channels.
- Experience in B2B partner-facing roles, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with enterprise software sales, particularly in the Accountancy or Financial Services domains, is a plus.
- Organized and methodical approach to market research and planning.
- Creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating autonomy and self-motivation.
- Ability to evaluate and identify new opportunities based on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
