Lead and Elevate Client Relationships at OMD
As a Client Service Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our clients by fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional communication strategies. You'll be responsible for guiding integrated communication initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand vision.
Your Responsibilities:- Strategic Communication Architect: Develop comprehensive communication plans that encompass traditional and digital media channels, driving impactful results for our clients.
- Client Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, providing expert guidance, strategic insights, and proactive solutions to their evolving needs.
- Team Leader & Mentor: Cultivate a high-performing team environment, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and shared success.
- Performance Champion: Analyze campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and present actionable recommendations to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in national media planning or marketing, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry landscape.
- Expertise in traditional and digital media channels, including planning tools and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve shared goals.
