Position title: SAP Globalization Services iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Technical Writer
Work Area: Software-Design and Development
Location: St. Leon-Rot
Expected start date: 1 September 2024


In this role, you’ll:

Design and create content in our DITA CCMS that will help our customers understand, configure, and run the software that runs their businesses. Be supported from the start by your mentor. She will help you understand, plan, and create the content. Be able to select from complementary tasks in our team, for example, working on customer feedback, analytics, video, or graphics, depending on your interests.


Who you are:


You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

You are studying communication and media management, technical writing, or similar English and German (fluent, written and spoken) Experience with technical writing and working in a content management system

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
