DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN
In Deiner neuen Rolle erwarten Dich unter anderem folgende Aufgabenstellungen:
- Anwendung der Fachexpertise für die Digital Transformation unserer Kunden nach S/4HANA / Intelligent Enterprise.
- Lieferung von Remote- und Vorort-Services sowohl für unsere globalen als auch für unsere mittelständischen Kunden im europäischen Raum.
- Analyse und Optimierung komplexer Geschäftsprozesse sowie Fehleranalysen in heterogenen Systemlandschaften mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP S/4HANA und speziell EPPM.
- Kontinuierlicher Ausbau der funktionalen und technischen Skills in den Bereichen S/4HANA, EPPM und neuer Cloud-Lösungen im Logistik - Umfeld.
- Fachliche Leitung eines Lieferteams im Rahmen von Servicelieferungen und Eskalationen.
- Mentoring und Ausbildung von Early Talents im Team.
DEIN PROFIL
SAP EPPM Erfahrung – Experte in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche:
- Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) on SAP S/4HANA on premise und/oder EPPM in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Projekterfahrung und Implementierungserfahrung in Project System, Portfolio and Project Management und/oder Commercial Project Management im ECC oder S/4HANA
- Erfahrung und Expertise in Lieferung von EPPM (PS, PPM or CPM) Designs, Fit-To-Standard Workshops und Umsetzung der erarbeiteten Lösungskonzepte.
- Ideal wären Troubleshooting Erfahrungen in EPPM area: Performance Optimierungen, Debugging, Dump Analyse etc.
- Optional: erste Erfahrung mit S/4HANA Cloud for Projects, Resource Management oder Enterprise Project Connection (EPC)
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Support oder Consulting für einen der o.g. Bereiche.
- Praktische Erfahrung im Kundenmanagement, Implementierung, Service Lieferung und/oder Projektmanagement.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der SAP Server Architektur, ABAP Kenntnisse und sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten zur Lösung komplexer Probleme.
- Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten und allgemeine Kommunikationsstärke.
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Die Kernaufgabe des CoEs ist es, unsere Premium Engagement - Kunden (MaxAttention) durch gezielte Servicelieferung zu unterstützen. Unser Expertenteam unterstützt Kunden in der Planungs- und Designphase, analysiert und löst kritische Probleme und bietet eine zuverlässige Qualitätssicherung der Ergebnisse und des erstellten Aktionsplans. Die Bereitstellung von Fachexpertise im Rahmen von Eskalationen runden unsere Kernaufgabenbereiche ab. Du bist Teil eines hochmotivierten, internationalen und diversen Teams (mit Kollegen aus 10 Nationen).
