Über das SAP Internship Experience Program:


Das SAP Internship Experience Program ist ein globales, strategisches und bezahltes Praktikumsprogramm der SAP, das Hochschulstudenten die Möglichkeit bietet, sich beruflich zu orientieren.

Über das Team:


Das Team für User Assistance (technische Dokumentation) bei Globalization Services ist sehr international mit Standorten u.a. in Brasilien, Indien und China. Du wirst im Team in St. Leon-Rot arbeiten, zusammen mit etwa 20 Autoren, darunter zwei Studierenden. Wir unterstützen die Nutzer unserer Cloud-Software durch die Bereitstellung von zielgerichteten Online-Hilfen, In-App Help und Multimedia-Formaten.

In dieser Position wirst du:

 

  • Inhalte in unserem Content-Management System  entwerfen und erstellen, die unseren Kunden helfen, die Software zu verstehen, zu konfigurieren und zu nutzen.
  • dabei von Anfang an von einer Mentorin unterstützt. Sie hilft Dir, die Inhalte zu verstehen, zu planen und zu erstellen.
  • aus ergänzenden Aufgaben in unserem Team auswählen, und an z. B. Kundenfeedback, Analytics, Videos oder Grafiken arbeiten, je nach Deinen Interessen.


Wer bist du:


Du bist Student/in (w/m/d) an einer Universität oder einer Fachhochschule. Wir suchen jemanden, der Initiative ergreift, ausdauernd ist und neugierig bleibt. Du arbeitest gerne an sinnvollen, innovativen Projekten und lässt dich von lebenslangem Lernen begeistern.

 

  • Du studierst  Kommunikation und Medienmanagement, technische Redaktion, oder Ähnliches
  • Du sprichst und schreibst Englisch und Deutsch fließend.
  • Du hast zumindest im Studium schon Erfahrung mit dem Erstellen von technischen Informationen in einem Content Management System sammeln könnent.

Deine Bewerbungsunterlagen sollten neben einem Anschreiben, tabellarischen Lebenslauf, aktuellem Notenspiegel und gültiger Immatrikulationsbescheinigung auch Kopien von Zwischen-, Schulabschluss- und, soweit vorhanden, Arbeitszeugnissen (Praktika) als Anlagen enthalten.
