Wir suchen ab sofort: Convention Sales Coordinator (m/w/d) im Norden Münchens

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Convention Sales Coordinator (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Bei dem zukünftigen Arbeitsplatz handelt es sich um ein modernes Businesshotel mit großem Kongressbereich.

Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen sowie Beratung der Kunden
  • Angebots- und Vertragserstellung im Gruppen- und Veranstaltungsbereich
  • Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen
  • Überprüfung der Veranstaltungsräume vor Beginn, Begrüßung der Gäste, Rechnungsabschlusskontrolle
  • Koordination mit den relevanten Abteilungen im Haus und den externen Leistungsträgern
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im Hotelfach, Tourismus oder Veranstaltungsbereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen im Convention Sales wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, Opera-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Flexibilität, eigenständiges Arbeiten, Organisationstalent, Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gastorientiertes Denken und Handeln, Teamfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten
