Wir sind eine führende Personalberatung und suchen im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einem global agierenden Unternehmen in der Pharmabranche, einen erfahrenen Business Development Manager (m/w/d). Die Position ist vollständig remote und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, eine entscheidende Rolle in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens zu übernehmen.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Senior Sales Managements bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Steuerung länderspezifischer Strategien in den Bereichen Akquisition und Bestandsgeschäft.
  • Gemeinsame Verantwortung mit dem Senior Sales Management für die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle erfolgsrelevanter Aktivitäten, mit dem Ziel, diese Aufgaben mittelfristig eigenständig zu übernehmen.
  • Strategische und nachhaltige Integration neuer Akquisitionen in die regionale Distributions- und Vertriebsstruktur; regelmäßige Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmenempfehlungen zur Optimierung der Geschäftsstrategien.
Qualifikation
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften oder eine Ausbildung mit Qualifikation
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz und Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Teams und Stakeholdern.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; idealerweise weitere Sprachen
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und überzeugendes Auftreten.
