Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

You will play a crucial role in the acquisition of sellers and the growth of our marketplace in Belgium. We have been online with the marketplace since 2021, making us the first marketplace in the healthcare sector. And we want to keep growing “Cold call, lead generation and sales pitch” are no foreign words for you So, join us


This position can be filled remotely in Germany / the Netherlands or hybrid in Tongeren, Belgium. It would be desirable if you could come to our Cologne office 1x month for a team day.

For this position it's necessary that you speak Flemish/Dutch and English.

Your tasks:

  • You are the first face for our marketplace in Belgium and other countries and thus the main contact person for our potential leads

  • You are responsible for the acquisition and development of cooperation partners from various marketplace categories

  • With your individual sales targets, you ensure corresponding growth in your category

  • Independent research and proactive contact with potential cooperation partners are part of your daily business

  • You are responsible for advising and supporting inbound inquiries and assisting with the internationalization of our marketplace

  • You support the preparation of trade fairs and events and take part in them as a representative of Redcare Pharmacy


Your profile:

  • Very good language skills in Flemish/Dutch and English

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in sales, key account management or similar

  • You are authentic, open and enjoy making contacts

  • You can adapt to all kinds of people

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business, marketing or e-commerce and / or a comparable professional qualification
