Are you an ambitious go-getter with a knack for securing major contracts? We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead our IT Delight team and revolutionize the world of professional e-commerce-oriented Magento and Shopware solutions in the DACH market.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

- Establishing long-term partnerships with:

1) System integrators

2) SMB and low-level enterprise merchants, particularly in the jewelry, fashion, and automotive sectors

- Driving sales growth through our staff augmentation model

- Networking and active participation in key industry events

Requirements

Requirements:

- Location: Germany

- Proven track record of client acquisition for IT outsourcing and outstaffing (minimum 2 years)

- Proficiency in using Pipedrive CRM or similar tools

- Excellent professional communication and negotiation skills

- Sales experience in the e-commerce industry with a solid understanding of its principles (a significant advantage)

Benefits

Compensation:

IT Delight offers an attractive compensation package ranging up to 84.000 EUR per year, along with generous commissions for every signed Statement of Work (SOW) with your clients.
