Our Merchant Services team lies at the heart of Wolt, ensuring that we set all of our merchants up for success by providing a seamless onboarding, menu, and catalog experience. As Wolt continues to grow in both scale and scope of offerings, the strength of our content management and catalog operations must expand with it.

We are looking for a Data Quality Manager Grocery for Content & Catalog who will oversee the day-to-day operations of a small but dynamic team of menu and catalog specialists. You’ll ensure that product information on Wolt’s platform adheres to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. As a leader, you’ll work cross-functionally to improve processes, drive compliance, and ensure our menus and catalogs are engaging and up to date.

  • Drive data compliance topics for product information on Wolt’s platform, ensuring high standards across our offerings.

  • Manage the content and quality of Wolt Germany’s product catalog for both Retail and Restaurants.

  • Review and approve changes made to retail assortments and restaurant menus to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Monitor processes and track team progress through Monday.com and other internal software systems.

  • Lead process improvements to increase data quality and streamline operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Compliance & Onboarding


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • You have a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit

  • You are a problem-solver - you enjoy diagnosing issues and developing creative approaches to solve challenges

  • You are data oriented and are confident with  Google Suite. Data analytics and automations come easy to you 

  • Understanding of LMIV (Lebensmittel-Informationsverordnung): Strong knowledge of food labeling laws and regulations in Germany, particularly for grocery items.

  • You are customer-centric - you have a customer-first mentality, are effective at working with people with varying degrees of technical ability

  • You are comfortable working in fast-paced and demanding environments

  • You are comfortable in setting and committed to achieving goals

  • You are adept at prioritizing competing demands

  • You work well in both independent and diverse team environments

  • Fluency in German

  • Experience in content or catalog management: Proven track record of managing and editing large datasets.

  • Experience in gastronomy, the food industry, or retail is a plus.
