We are seeking a Data Product Manager - Team Lead to be responsible for overseeing the activities of Data Product Team ensuring proper execution of the tasks and alignment with the business’s vision.

You will be responsible for leading two Data Product Managers creating and launching new data capabilities for the business by envisioning and executing strategies and influencing the improvement of the business’s performance.

You will work with business executives and various departmental heads across the business in order to provide advanced data analytics that impact on achieving business efficiency and improving customer experience.

Objectives and responsibilities

Execute the vision to manage and propagate data to bring it to the decision-makers.

Implement effectively the data visualisation and self-service capabilities.

Lead, inspire and develop the Data PMs. Empower the team to make strategic decisions and create an environment of trust and transparency.

Scope, design, and implement machine-learning models to support the business’s initiatives. Match and optimise algorithms that are fundamental to improve the customer experience.

Drive the mission of bringing decision-ready-data to all teams, helping to define benchmarking processes to promote tracking, A/B-testing and data analysis.

Communicate with different stakeholders across the business to align different perceptions of the value of data.

Assess the current business processes, tools and infrastructure to ensure CoachHub has state of the art pillars to build our vision from.

Required qualifications

Strong experience working in a senior leadership role for data and information management

Be an inspiring and visionary leader who creates an environment in which people feel comfortable to experiment and learn from their mistakes. Build a team that deeply trusts each other and have a culture of constant feedback.

Be able to understand different business needs and foster cross-functional cooperation, helping decision-making across the whole organisation.

Be able to engage in and influence technical discussions related to Data Warehouse design, ETL processes, data visualisation and machine learning algorithm as well as A/B-testing and data quality testing.

Be confident in translating business requirements into technical needs and adjusting your communication style when changing audiences.
