So bewältigst du diese Stelle erfolgreich- E ntwicklung und Implementierung von HR-Strategien und -Initiativen, die mit der Gesamtstrategie des Unternehmens übereinstimmen.
- Förderung des Employer Brandings durch innovative Online-Marketing-Strategien, die eine starke Unternehmenskultur, die auf Werten und Leistungsorientierung basiert, hervorhebt.
- Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Recruiting-Strategien, um Top-Talente effizient und effektiv zu gewinnen.
- Implementierung und Nutzung digitaler Tools zur Verbesserung der Mitarbeitererfahrung und zur Unterstützung der Personalentwicklung, z.B. E-Learning-Plattformen und Performance-Management-Systeme.
- Planung und Durchführung von Schulungsprogrammen, die sowohl digitale als auch funktionale Fähigkeiten der Mitarbeiter verbessern.
- A nalyse von HR-Daten zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen und zur Messung der Effektivität von HR-Initiativen.
- Management von Mitarbeiterbeziehungen und Beratung bei der digitalen Transformation der HR-Prozesse.
- Projektmanagement für HR-bezogene Digitalisierungsprojekte, inklusive Koordination zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern.
- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Human Resources, Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachbereich.
- 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im HR-Bereich, insbesondere in Recruiting, Employer Branding und Mitarbeiterentwicklung.
- Starke digitale Kompetenzen, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung in der Nutzung digitaler HR-Tools.
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Personalentwicklungsprogrammen.
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, innovative HR-Lösungen effektiv zu vermitteln.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
