Senior People Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Data Analyst to join our Global People Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Own the Analysis Cycle: From gathering business requirements to presenting insights and recommending actions to senior stakeholders.
- Translate Business Problems into Insights: Develop hypotheses, build models, and analyze data to extract meaningful insights.
- Lead Analytical Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytical projects that support business objectives.
- Steer Team Direction: Influence the team's direction, design KPIs, and OKRs to drive business outcomes.
- Co-Own People Data Domain: Be the point of contact for people data and work closely with the global people analytics community.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with analysts and data scientists in other teams to learn new methodologies and share best practices.
- Upskill Analytics Capabilities: Play a critical role in upskilling the analytics capabilities of the P&C team and ensuring that all team members can correctly interpret people data.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or other technical fields.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in people analytics, with a proven track record of using data and analytical tools to develop models and algorithms.
- Skills: Advanced understanding of statistics, basic principles of data analysis, and experience with Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
- Soft Skills: Great storytelling ability, ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, and experience working in cross-functional teams.
