Senior People Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Operations Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting dedicated business units on all employee matters, reporting directly to our HR Business Partner.
Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the employee lifecycle management process, ensuring seamless onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. You will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks, such as employment contracts, parental leave requests, references, and HRIS data management.
In addition, you will collaborate with our peer People Operations Managers to enhance and optimize Global People Operations processes and policies. You will also lead projects to digitalize and automate People Operations processes, working closely with our People Analytics & Infrastructure Team to ensure high data quality and build automated reports and controls.
As a Senior People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality People Operations services, ensuring exceptional employee experience, and driving compliance and data accuracy. You will also be expected to lead diverse initiatives, such as global benefits programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Your ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of German labor law and experience in international People Operations. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate, support, and guide diverse stakeholders towards successful delivery.
You will have a university degree or successfully completed apprenticeship with a focus on human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a similar qualification. You will also need to have several years of HR Operations experience in a multinational and fast-moving environment.
