Das sind Ihre Aufgaben als IT Application Manager:

  • Betreuung und Management von Anwendungen auf Basis von MS Dynamics CRM
  • Analyse und Design von Lösungskonzepten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
  • IT-Servicemanagement für die MS Power Plattform
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten, insbesondere bei der Integration von Schnittstellen und Datenflüssen
  • Verwaltung und Administration von Changes, Anforderungen, Projekten und Störungen im ITSM-Tool (SWM Omnitracker)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem MS Dynamics Technical Support, einschließlich der Protokollierung und Verfolgung von Support-Anfragen
  • Steuerung und Qualitätskontrolle von externen Dienstleistern
Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

  • Erfahrung im Customizing, der Konfiguration und Entwicklung in MS Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Praxis in der Administration von Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) und Microsoft Power-Apps
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis für funktionale Zusammenhänge und Abhängigkeiten, insbesondere im CRM-Bereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ITSM-Prozessen gemäß ITIL (Change-, Release-, Service Request- und Incident Management)
  • Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklungsprozessen
  • Kenntnisse in den Technologien .NET (C#), JavaScript und Microsoft SQL
