As Project Management Specialist within our EIS Digital Solutions unit, you are part of the Project Management Office (PMO) for our EIS-wide Process- and IT-Harmonization Project.
meaningful & challenging - Your tasks
Support project leadership in all aspects of project management, including stakeholder management, budget & controlling, resources, administration, communication, implementation, and change. Collaborate closely with "Process Harmonization" and "IT Implementation" workstreams as well as operational EIS Units within the project scope to ensure alignment and integration. Assist in managing project resources effectively to achieve project goals. Facilitate communication and coordination between different project areas and units. Play a key role in driving successful project outcomes through proactive support and collaboration across all project dimensions.authentic & ambitious - Your profile
A master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, IT, engineering, or a related discipline Strong organizational skills and experience in project management Experience in preparing for and contributing to meetings at Board level Thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, ready to confront challenges head-on and push the envelope in digital solution delivery Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholdersWe are seeking individuals (f/m/d) for our team who embody a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for learning.
