Together with your colleagues, you offer project management as a central service. In this context, you lead interdisciplinary projects of varying complexity at your own responsibility, apply the project management standards within the company and contribute to their further refinement.
Specialist and lateral leadership of interdisciplinary, international project teams Responsibility for the results, scheduling and budgeting of your projects from the project idea across the entire project lifecycle Planning, steering and controlling of costs, contents, tasks, results, deadlines and external service providers Project design, updating and status reporting in the enterprise-wide project management software Continuous exchange and partnership-based actions to ensure project stakeholder satisfaction and elaboration of solution scenarios in the event of divergences Further development of the project management standards and involvement in the global project management community
You come equipped with
Several years of experience in project management, extending also to the international level Project management certification (at least IPMA level D or equivalent) Master's or other postgraduate degree with concentrations in economics Experience in project programme management is desirable Experience in the insurance or financial environment is welcome Well-versed in moderation and presentation techniques Knowledge of (multi-)project management tools such as MS Project, Planisware, Jira, Azure DevOps etc. Proficient user skills in German and English (level C1/C2) Willingness to go on occasional business trips worldwideOn a personal level, you can impress us with your strategic vision, your capacity for interconnected and structured thinking and your analytical skills.
