Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Finance team at our headquarters in Hannover/Germany, join us on a permanent basis, part-time is possible with at least 70% (approx. 27 HPW), commencing at the earliest possible date as a Financial Accountant / Accountant Project Work.
You can look forward to
You draw on your specialist perspective to analyse and implement software changes in the SAP general ledger, SAP FI-AP and FI-AA. In this context, you coordinate closely with business analysts, developers and internal system users from our specialist department.
Taking on a coordinating interface role between various specialist departments (e.g. Controlling and IT) Project work with a focus on the migration to S/4 HANA Specialist and/or technical support for migrations of new company codes to our system landscape Analysis and in some instances system-side implementation (customising) of specialist requirements in the modules used for external and internal accounting in SAP FI, SAP CO Process design and optimisation through methodological and analytical moderation Dealing with specialist requests and troubleshooting as part of day-to-day business
You come equipped with
Degree in business administration, economics or similar qualification with relevant professional internships or commercial training / training as a certified insurance practitioner Several years of professional experience in (financial) accounting, ideally in the insurance industry Initial experience with interdepartmental projects Keen interest in processes of external accounting and controlling as well as in strategic IT issues Ideally, initial SAP skills, with experience in one of the modules FI-GL, FI-AA or FI-AP welcome; prior knowledge of S/4 HANA is an asset Independent user skills in German and English (at least level B2) Willingness to go on occasional business trips worldwideOn a personal level, you can impress us with your assured manner coupled with your flair for organisation and planning.
