Salesforce Project Manager

An opportunity has arisen with a leading manufacturing client in Hannover, who are renowned for our innovation and excellence in their industry. They have embarked on a major digital transformation and are seeking a skilled Salesforce Project Manager to lead their Salesforce implementation and integration project. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, managing high-impact projects including SAP and SharePoint integrations.
As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of their digital transformation efforts, managing the implementation and integration of Salesforce with SAP and SharePoint. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Salesforce solutions align with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Integration Oversight: Manage the integration of Salesforce with SAP and Sharepoint, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and sales, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Proven experience with SAP and SharePoint integrations is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and related technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
