  • Verwaltung des ServiceNow-Produkt-Backlogs, einschließlich der Definition und Priorisierung von Anforderungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, zur Sicherstellung der Geschäftsanforderungen des Unternehmens 
  • Kommunikation und Priorisierung von Produktanforderungen an das Entwicklungsteam
  • Entwicklung und Pflege eines umfassenden Verständnisses der ServiceNow-Features und -Funktionalität sowie Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
  • Austausch mit Stakeholdern zur Definition und Dokumentation von User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und Anwendungsfällen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam, um sicherzustellen, dass die User Stories effektiv implementiert werden
  • Fachexperte für ServiceNow 
  • Teilnahme an agilen Projekten, einschließlich Sprint-Planung, Backlog-Grooming und Sprint-Reviews

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Zwischen 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner, vorzugsweise in einer ServiceNow-Umgebung
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von agilen Methoden und ServiceNow Best Practices und Standards
  • Erfahrung in der Definition und Priorisierung von Anforderungen und der Verwaltung eines Product Backlogs
  • Praktische Kenntnisse oder Zertifizierung von ITIL wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Telekommunikationsbranche, insbesondere mit Glasfasernetzen ist ein Plus
  • ServiceNow-Zertifizierung wünschenswert
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch und Englisch)
  • Sowohl Eigenständigkeit als auch Teamfähigkeit
