Du hast Dein Masterstudium erfolgreich abgeschlossen und interessierst Dich für den Berufseinstieg an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Consulting und Produktmanagement? Dann starte Deine Karriere bei CHECK24 im Rahmen des Associate Product Owner (m/w/d) Traineeprogramms

In zwei Jahren lernst Du drei CHECK24 Teams innerhalb unserer Produktwelten und zentralen Funktionen kennen. Beim Aufbau digitaler Produkte und deren Weiterentwicklung unter der Anwendung neuester Technologien (z.B. AI) übernimmst Du Verantwortung für Deine Projekte. Von Beginn an arbeitest Du dabei eng mit den Entscheidungsträgern zusammen.

Als Associate Product Owner (m/w/d) wirst Du durch Deinen persönlichen Mentor begleitet und hast die Möglichkeit, an Events und Workshops innerhalb unserer CHECKito Community teilzunehmen. Unser Ziel ist es, Dich persönlich und fachlich auf ein neues Level zu bringen, sodass Du nach Abschluss des Traineeprogramms in einer anspruchsvollen und Deinen Interessen entsprechenden Position bei CHECK24 durchstarten kannst.


  • Zwei Jahre, drei Teams: Stelle Dich wechselnden Herausforderungen in Vergleichsprodukten und zentralen Funktionen wie Customer Usability, Loyalty oder App
  • Kunden: Du setzt Dich intensiv mit Kundenbedürfnissen auseinander, analysierst das Kundenverhalten und entwickelst beste kundenorientierte Produkt- und Servicelösungen
  • Produktentwicklung: Lerne alle Aspekte der digitalen Produktentwicklung kennen und agiere in kleinen, agilen Teams an der Schnittstelle zu IT, Design und Data Science
  • Entscheidungen: Du arbeitest eng mit den CHECK24 Entscheidungsträgern zusammen

  • Du verfügst über einen exzellenten Masterabschluss mit bevorzugt naturwissenschaftlicher, technischer oder ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung (insb. Mathematik, Physik, Chemie, Biologie, Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Kompetenz und Ehrgeiz, Dich in komplexe Problemstellungen einzuarbeiten und innovative Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Interesse und Freude an innovativen Produkten
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
