In deiner Rolle als Associate Project Manager bist du für die Unterstützung eines oder mehrerer Projektdirektoren verantwortlich und berichtest direkt an den Vice President, Head of Large Project Execution.

Dies beinhaltet die Unterstützung:

bei der Projektdurchführung/-leitung unter Berücksichtigung aller rechtlicher, kommerzieller und technischer Vertragsvereinbarungen

bei der Einhaltung aller relevanten Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards

bei der Durchführung und Nachverfolgung aller Arbeitspakete des Projektstrukturplanes, ggf. Erstellung eines Nachverfolgungskonzeptes sowie dessen Überwachung

aller relevanten Terminpläne beim Projektmanagement

der Organisation beim Definieren, Beschreiben und Umsetzen von Projektprozessen

sowie

Selbstständiges Abarbeiten von Arbeitspaketen aus den vorher genannten Bereichen

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Elektrotechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder einer anderen Ingenieurswissenschaft

Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bau- oder Projektmanagement

den Wunsch, aktiv die Energiewende in Deutschland voranzutreiben

die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu bearbeiten und fristgerecht abzuschließen

Strukturierte, genaue und effiziente Arbeitsweise

Fähigkeit, in einem Team zu arbeiten und starke Beziehungen aufzubauen

Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
