About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Founders Associate Intern to join our portfolio company in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and leadership team on strategic projects and contribute to key decision-making processes.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with various interdisciplinary stakeholders, including the Sales, Product, and Operations teams, to help prepare presentation materials and conduct research on due-diligence, competitors, and markets.

As a Founders Associate Intern, you'll be responsible for contributing to key strategic projects, such as defining overall company strategies for internationalization, extending the addressable market, and establishing strategic sales partnerships.

Your Profile
  • Prior relevant work experience through internships in a fast-paced environment, such as technology, B2B, startup, consulting, or similar
  • Strong slide writing and presentation skills, with first-hand experience in multi-stakeholder projects
  • Excited to work hands-on in a startup environment and learn about InsurTech, cyber insurance, and cyber security
  • Think strategically and analytically, with a reliable, accurate, and independent way of working
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with various stakeholders in German, with English as a plus

Please note that eligibility to work within the EU is required, and we're looking for support in our Berlin office.
