About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated Founders Associate Intern to join one of our portfolio companies and contribute to its operations strategies.

In this role, you'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to support key decision-making and gain unique insights into a dynamic startup environment.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to essential strategic projects, including internationalization, market expansion, and strategic sales partnerships.

As a Founders Associate Intern, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders, prepare presentation materials, and conduct research on due diligence, competitors, and markets.

Your Profile

  • Prior work experience in a fast-paced environment, such as technology, B2B, startup, consulting, or similar
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools
  • Excited to work hands-on in a startup environment and learn about InsurTech, cyber insurance, and cyber security
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a strategic and analytical way of thinking
  • Reliable, accurate, and independent work style
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with various stakeholders in German; English is a plus

Please note that we're looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required.
