Clinical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Clinical Project Manager to join our team at Penumbra Europe GmbH. As a key member of our Clinical team, you will be responsible for managing clinical trials from startup to completion, ensuring the success of our innovative therapies for stroke patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Streamline project success through comprehensive management from startup to completion.
- Optimize study success by efficiently developing and distributing essential documents and tools for investigational sites and review committees.
- Improve research funding through expert negotiations of study budgets with sites, core labs, and vendors.
- Ensure success through comprehensive site visits for initiation, monitoring, and close-out.
- Drive excellence by enhancing processes for ongoing improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related field with 2+ years of experience.
- Relevant clinical trial experience in the industry required.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, standards, and guidance governing the conduct of clinical studies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, EDC Systems, study management systems, and vendor oversight.
- Project Management experience desired.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in English required, other European languages an asset.
