Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aus- und Bewerten des Vertriebsnetzes und Gebietszuordnungen sowie Überprüfen der Verträge
  • Einholen der Feedbacks von (Vertriebs-) Händlern zur Optimierung des Vertriebsnetzwerkes nach den Support- Servicerichtlinen
  • Verwalten von Distributionsberichten und Entscheiden über Projektregistrierungsanfragen
  • Treffen der Entscheidungen über die zukünftige Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden
  • Überwachung des lokalen Vertriebs und der Zusammenarbeit mit europäischen Vertriebspartnern
  • Initiieren und Unterstützen von Marketingaktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing, Produktmanagement und Anwendungsingenieuren
  • Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebskanäle und Pflege der Preislisten
  • Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Messen und Reisen zu Kunden und Unternehmen
Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Ingenieurswesen mit einem technischen Hintergrund
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Branchen- und Vertriebserfahrung und/oder als Local Distribution Manager (m/w/d)
  • Fähigkeit komplexe Verkaufsprozesse zu verwalten
  • Sehr Gute Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft ist erforderlich
  • Fähigkeit Ziele zu setzen und auch zu erreichen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
