We are looking for an amazing storyteller, a fearless strategist, and a results-oriented business leader to drive our Chemistry solutions which include ChemDraw, Signals Notebook, and Signals Research Suite solutions in everything from the narrative, positioning, branding, and content development to field/sales enablement and demand generation – being the quarterback for the industry segment solutions, an evangelist and in some cases, a spokesperson in front of customers, partners, and sellers. Our Chemistry portfolio includes:

ChemDraw the leading solution for chemical structure drawing and chemistry communication

Signals Notebook a cloud native SaaS electronic lab notebook used by the largest customer base compared to our competition and

Signals Research Suite a complete unified SaaS software for scientific research designed for researchers to collaborate from early research through early development, supporting the entire Make-Test-Decide innovation cycle

When it comes to the Chemistry software portfolio at Revvity Signals, you will be the go-to person. This is a critical leadership opportunity for someone with scientific software experience, the drive for business success, and the aptitude for enabling others to ensure that success.

Key responsibilities include:

Craft compelling product positioning and messaging as a Revvity Signals expert in Drug Discovery and Chemistry. Collaborate with product management and wider marketing teams to ensure resonance with target buyer personas across various use cases : Develop a Go-To-Market plan for the Drug Discovery Chemistry you support in conjunction with our marketing team, outlining key activities and budgets for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones : Be the expert on our buyers, understanding who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria. Understand the competitive landscape thoroughly, becoming an expert on our competition and their positioning. Collaborate on marketing programs such as events, webinars, and thought-leadership content, innovating on how scenario examples and demos are presented to both non-technical and technical audiences. Create core and technical product marketing content for customers, partners, and field personnel. Serve as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works : Plan key solution launches , managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing programs supporting your solutions and report back to the business on necessary adjustments : Document our buyer’s process comprehensively, including their information sources and decision-making factors, and implement changes to sales and marketing processes accordingly. Support our sales channels by training them on the problems we solve for buyers and users, developing internal tools and external collateral, and guiding their use Act as the "eyes and ears" of your market for product management.

About the Candidate

5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software, technology, or consulting companies with at least 2 years of experience in a drug discovery market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research) Must possess a PhD or master’s in chemistry and have product marketing experience Outstanding ability to convey value proposition and insights drawing from prior industry experience and acquired familiarity with Revvity Signals products and use cases  Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong will to win in the marketplace  Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer. Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working Exceptional verbal and written communication skills  Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Self-starter with a dynamic, confident personality  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats  Creative and strategic thinker  Experience in a Sales environment and interacting with customer teams preferred  Willingness and enthusiasm to work directly with our customers across the world (periodic domestic and international travel, when safe and acceptable to do so)
