- Mit Leidenschaft und Freude betreust Du unser Produktportfolio Data Center Solutions und baust dieses im Hinblick auf die sich verändernden Anforderungen aus.
- Du erarbeitest, planst und bewertest strategische Handlungsbedarfe in Deinem zu verantwortenden Produktbereich unter Berücksichtigung von Trends, Kunden- und Produktanforderungen.
- Du erstellst Sortiments- und Produktplanungen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen.
- Du definierst den Go-to-Market-Plan und setzt diesen gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen im Marketing und Sales um.
- Du steuerst Produktlaunches, führst Schulungen durch zur Befähigung von Sales und Marketing und wirkst bei der Darstellung und Storytelling auf Messen sowie Kampagnen mit.
- Dir obliegt das Pricing und die Positionierung Deiner Produkte am Markt.
- Du erstellst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und bist mitverantwortlich für Portfoliomanagement und Strategie.
- Du übernimmst die Ergebnisverantwortung für Deine Produkte weltweit und unterstützt die Länder bei der Budgetplanung für Deine Produktgruppe.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Schnittstellen Innovation, Produktentwicklung, Marketing und Sales zusammen.
- Du bist Produktmanager (m/w/d) mit Leidenschaft und bringst Offenheit und Neugierde für zukunftsorientierte Themen mit (Nachhaltigkeit und Energieeffizienz, Digitalization and Connectivity etc.)
- Wir setzen voraus, dass Du ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mitbringst und mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten sammeln konntest.
- Du hast eine sehr hohe technische Affinität, lernst gerne Neues und traust Dir zu, Dich in technisch anspruchsvolle Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Du kennst den Markt, das Produkt und seine Use-Cases, die Bedürfnisse der Anwender sowie den Wettbewerb sehr gut.
- Du bist stark im Projektmanagement und im Mitsteuern des Produktentstehungsprozesses.
- Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes Arbeiten ist für Dich genauso selbstverständlich wie das Arbeiten an einem gemeinsamen Ziel mit Deinem Team.
- Du hast ein sympathisches und überzeugendes Auftreten und kommunizierst verhandlungssicher sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.
- Du verstehst Dich als Netzwerker/in (Fachgremien, Partner) und Initiator/in von Partnerschaften, um den Erfolg Deines Produkts zu unterstützen
