This is an ideal position for a hands-on and motivated Product Marketing Manager looking for a highly-impact role where you will fully oversee the public-facing communication strategy about our product, understanding Flowable’s proposition and turn this into compelling messaging for customers, prospects, and internal audience.

What you’ll be doing:

Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with the product team to plan and execute all-round product activities, translating capabilities into business benefits.Engage with market analysts to understand trends and ensure Flowable remains top-of-mind and publicly recognized in its market. Research and maintain an up-to-date competitive landscape. Identify and measure key metrics for product success, including trial usage, adoption, customer satisfaction, and marketing campaigns. 

Positioning & Messaging:Execute on the go-to-market strategy in target markets and segments, defining buyer personas, and ideal customer profiles.Craft and refine impactful messaging, reflecting Flowable’s USP across materials/marketing assets: from blogs, to webinars, videos, papers.

Sales enablement: Maintain the product's USP across all sales and marketing materials and develop tools like battlecards, sales decks, and email scripts, creating a feedback loop to enhance them continuously. Manage marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption, collaborating with growth marketing to optimize digital campaigns and maximize ROI.

What you bring:

Are you a messaging maestro with a knack for strategic thinking and a passion for product marketing? Can you craft compelling messages, enable sales teams with killer tools, and drive market awareness?

If this sounds like you, then take a look at our requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in product marketing, solution marketing, product management.

Previous experience in B2B tech marketing, enterprise software or SaaS product marketing mandatory.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences.

Ability to synthesize and distill complex information into clear, concise messaging for different audiences.

Hands-on attitude and eagerness to bring our product to the next level.

Excellent English skills is essential.Germanor another European language is a plus.
