Tasks:
- Management of projects to improve transactional financialprocesses and systems, including planning, conception, and supportof the technical implementation in the finance department of TAKKTAG and the international locations
- Definitionand implementation of standard processes in finance
- Driving digitalization and automation infinance
- Development of future-oriented ERP,planning, reporting, and analyses instruments in cooperation withthe finance areas (accounting, taxes, controlling) and otherdepartments
- Contact person for the smooth useof financial processes and applications
- Conducting process analyses and documentation in thebusiness process management standard in cross-functionalteams
- Development of Root Cause CounterMeasures and conducting business performance meetings with thesubsidiaries
Profile:
- Master or Bachelor degree in economics / finance orrelevant areas
- Professional experience infinance processes
- Experience in project- andchange management
- Communication skills(fluent/professional in Englisch and German)
