Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Operations Manager to join our team at TAKKT AG. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing projects to improve financial processes and systems, defining and implementing standard processes, driving digitalization and automation, and developing future-oriented ERP instruments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects to improve transactional financial processes and systems, including planning, conception, and technical implementation.
  • Define and implement standard processes in finance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive digitalization and automation initiatives in finance to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Develop future-oriented ERP instruments in collaboration with finance areas and other departments.
  • Act as a contact person for the smooth use of financial processes and applications.
  • Conduct process analyses and documentation in business process management standards.
  • Develop Root Cause Counter Measures and conduct business performance meetings with subsidiaries.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a relevant field.
  • Professional experience in finance processes and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German.
