WIR SCHÄTZEN AN UNSEREN MITARBEITERN:

  • Mindestens 12 Monate Berufserfahrung in einem kunden- und kommerziell orientierten Einzelhandelsumfeld im Bereich Sport/Mode mit fortgeschrittener Verkaufserfahrung und umfassenden Kenntnissen über Produkte, Einzelhandel und Branche.

  • Teamführung und Kundenservice.

  • Hintergrundwissen und Verständnis für KPIs. Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Trainingsfähigkeiten.

  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Feedback-Gesprächen. Planung der Teamaufstellung. Produktkenntnisse.

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse.

  • Professioneller Umgang mit schwierigen zwischenmenschlichen Situationen innerhalb des Ladenteams. Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse der Filiale und entsprechendes Handeln.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Geh mit gutem Beispiel voran, coache und koordiniere die Verkaufsfläche und sorge für eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams in der Filiale.

  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team steigerst du den Umsatz der Filiale, um die gesetzten Ziele zu erreichen und einen hervorragenden Kundenservice zu bieten.

  • Sorge dafür, dass die Filiale jederzeit den Markenstandards entspricht, einschließlich der Standards für Visual Merchandising, Warennachschub, Kundenservice, um das beste Einkaufserlebnis für den Kunden zu schaffen.
