Das erwartet Sie
  • Sie unterstützen proaktiv den Chief Commercial & Digital Officer im operativen Tagesgeschäft durch die Entwicklung operativer und strategischer Entscheidungsvorlagen unter Einsatz von starkem wirtschaftlichem Urteilsvermögen und analytischem Denken
  • Als Office-Allrounder sind Sie verantwortlich für das gesamte Office-Management, insbesondere die Terminverwaltung, Büroorganisation sowie das Reisemanagement, und die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen
  • Besprechungsunterlagen und Präsentationen bereiten Sie eigenverantwortlich vor und führen eigenständig die Verfolgung und Kontrolle von Aktionspunkten, Wiedervorlagen, Fristen und Terminen durch, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen
  • Ihre Aufgaben umfassen auch die Protokollierung und Nachbereitung von Meetings zur Dokumentation und Sicherung des Informationsflusses innerhalb des Unternehmens
  • Sie sind aktiv in Projekten involviert und erstellen und pflegen Projektdokumentationen und -auswertungen

 

Das bringen Sie mit
  • Abitur, abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder äquivalente Qualifikation mit nachgewiesener Berufserfahrung bilden ihre Ausgangsbasis
  • Sie konnten bereits Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position auf Executive Level sammeln
  • In Ihrer bisherigen Laufbahn gehörte MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel) sowie bestenfalls auch SAP zu Ihren täglichen Begleitern und eine technische Affinität bringen Sie mit
  • Ihre exzellenten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ermöglichen Ihnen eine erfolgreiche Kommunikation auf verschiedenen Managementebenen und in unterschiedlichen Situationen
  • Sie arbeiten gerne vorausschauend, strukturiert und dabei mit der nötigen Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit, um die spontanen Herausforderungen des Büroalltags zu meistern
