Global Commercial Contracts Specialist

Your RoleAs a Global Commercial Contracts Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and strategically aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the Negotiation Process: You will spearhead negotiations for a wide range of contracts, including procurement agreements for direct and indirect materials (including quality agreements), service agreements (with SLAs), CAPEX, and maintenance contracts.
- Collaboration is Key: You will work closely with technical teams, local procurement colleagues, legal experts, and finance professionals to ensure contracts meet business needs, regulatory standards, and risk management requirements.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: You will actively monitor regulatory developments that may impact our operations and existing contracts, ensuring we remain compliant and adaptable.
- Contract Performance Management: You will oversee contract performance, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions. This includes addressing any issues or disputes that arise promptly and effectively.
- Knowledge Sharing: You will provide training and guidance to procurement staff on best practices in contract management and category-specific aspects.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong legal background and a proven track record in contract management.
- Education: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, IT, or a related field. Advanced studies in law, such as a Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM), with a focus on contract law, commercial law, or technology law are highly desirable.
- Experience: You possess significant experience in contract management, particularly within a global context. Your assertive nature and negotiation skills have consistently resulted in securing favorable terms in complex, high-value contracts.
- Analytical Skills: You demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Fluency in English is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with contract management software, the MS Office suite, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous.
