Aryza ist der Lieferant für Softwarelösungen zur Unterstützung der Prozesse in der Kreditmanagementkette. Als spezialisierter Automatisierungsanbieter sind wir Marktführer auf dem Gerichtsvollzieher- und Inkassomarkt.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance International Business Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Spezialist/in für das Order Management. Unser Team besteht aus erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Auftragsmanagement und Büroorganisation, die in Nieuwegein und Düsseldorf tätig sind. Darüber hinaus koordinieren Sie die Zusammenarbeit mit der Zentrale in Irland sowie den kanadischen und australischen Niederlassungen.

Das bewegst Du

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Verwaltung von Kundenstammdaten, Bestellungen, Einkäufen und Verträgen.
  • Deine Arbeit ist von zentraler Bedeutung, da Du mit zahlreichen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Professional Service, Customer Success und Buchhaltung zusammenarbeitest.
  • Ein Teil Deiner Aufgabe ist die Koordination und Umsetzung aller Kundenrechnungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagern.
  • Außerdem unterstützt Du unser Finanzteam bei der Erstellung von Berichten, Prognosen/Planungen und der jährlichen Rechnungsprüfung.
Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
  • Du kannst bereits Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsverwaltung oder in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsbereich vorweisen.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Finanzanwendungen/ERP-Systemen, insbesondere SAP und MS Office, weitere Anwendungen wie Salesforce etc. wären ein Plus.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch runden Dein Profil ab.
  • Du zeichnest sich durch eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus und hast einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Service.
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und bist in der Lage, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig und mit Liebe zum Detail zu bearbeiten.
