Bist Du die Person, die wir suchen?

Als Teil des Business-Operations-Teams bei Secusmart bist Du einerseits für die administrative Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen verantwortlich und stellst die Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien, behördlichen Vorgaben und Vertragsdokumenten sicher. Andererseits arbeitest Du mit der Rechtsabteilung und anderen Funktionen zusammen, um Vertragsdokumente zu analysieren und auszuhandeln, die Geschäftsbeziehungen mit Lieferanten, Kunden und Partnern begründen. Schließlich wirkst Du an der Etablierung von Prozessen mit, um diese in die Praxis umzusetzen.

Was wir von Dir erwarten:

Validierung eingehender Aufträge und Einleitung der Auftragsabwicklung.Überwachung der Auftragsausführung auf Grundlage des Forecasts und Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Rechnungsstellung.Unterstützung interner und externer Audits zur Auftragsabwicklung.Bei internationalen Geschäften sorgst Du für die ExportkontrolleAnalysieren und Aushandeln von Vertragsdokumenten, die Geschäftsbeziehungen mit Lieferanten, Kunden und Partnern begründen.Mitwirkung bei der Einführung von Prozessen, um diese in die Praxis umzusetzen.Vorausschauende Interaktion mit den verschiedenen internen und externen Beteiligten

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, Bachelor-Abschluss im Bereich Handel / Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare QualifikationAusgeprägte Aufmerksamkeit für Details und gute organisatorische FähigkeitenUmfassende Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere ExcelGute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, effektive und sichere KommunikationAusgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftGute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftErfahrung in der Bewertung und Verbesserung interner GeschäftsprozesseErfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen wäre von Vorteil

Are you the person we’re looking for?

As part of the Business Operations team at Secusmart, you will be responsible for administrative processing of customer orders, ensuring compliance to company policies, government specifications and contractual documents on the one hand. On the other hand, you will work with legal department and other functions to analyze and negotiate contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and partners and guide establishing processes to put these into practise.

There are no limits for you, the tasks in the Business Operations team are diverse and the team divides them up itself according to skills and preferences. Join us and you’ll become part of this great team.

What we would like you to do for us:

Validate incoming orders and kick off order fulfilment. Supervise order execution based on forecast and ensure proper billing.Support internal and external audits on order processing.In case of international transactions take care for export controlsAnalyze and negotiate contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and partners.Guide establishing processes to put these into practise.Interact proactively with various stakeholder internally and externally.

What we need you to bring:

Vocational education in commercial field, bachelor's degree in the area of commerce / business or comparable qualificationStrong attention to detail and effective organizational skillsComprehensive experience with Microsoft Office especially ExcelGood interpersonal skills, effective and confident communicationExcellent German skills, both written and spokenGood English skills, both written and spokenExperience in assessing and improving internal business processes.Experience in using ERP software would be advantageous.
