WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Ensuring the operational capability of applications in the production environment Responsibility for the quality of the applications, test case coverage and technical documentation prior to handover to operations Supporting the requirement process with the business in the specification, effort and cost estimation of its requirements Professional consulting of the customer regarding the technical feasibility as well as optimization of his business by using applications Proactive consulting of the customer regarding the decision in-house development or contracting as a trade (make or buy) Coordination with IT departments involved (infrastructure, service, demand, etc.)

The position can be filled at the locations Düsseldorf, Berlin, Bremen, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, and Neuenstadt.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE Completed technical studies or comparable training in the IT environment Several years of professional experience in IT project management according to structured and agile IT procedure models as well as in application management Experience in the execution of MES (implementation) projects in an international environment Extensive know-how in IT service management (ITIL) and the design of service processes Initial knowledge of process flows of manufacturing companies and/or logistical processes desirable Distinct customer and goal orientation, high ability to work in a team as well as good communication and presentation skills in English Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (20-30%) WHAT WE OFFER YOU
