Als führendes Beratungsunternehmen, das auf die Integration von Order-Management-Systemen für den Einzelhandel spezialisiert ist, suchen wir bei CGI talentierte und erfahrene Order Management System Specialists (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die technische Umsetzung von Integrationsprojekten und arbeiten eng mit Projektmanager:innen, Kunden und Stakeholdern zusammen, um eine erfolgreiche Projektabwicklung sicherzustellen. Die ideale Kandidat:in verfügt über eine starke technische Grundlage in der Systemintegration, Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel und eine Leidenschaft für die Lieferung qualitativ hochwertiger Lösungen.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Als Order Management System Specialist (m/w/d) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in unseren Projekten zur Integration von Bestellsystemen und berätst unsere Kund:innen auf ihrem Weg zu effizienten und zukunftsfähigen Order-Management-Lösungen. Dein technisches Know-how und deine systematische Herangehensweise sind entscheidend, um unsere Kund:innen erfolgreich durch komplexe Integrationsszenarien zu führen. Du bist Expert:in in der Schnittstellenkonfiguration und Datenintegration und tauchst tief in die technischen Details ein, um robuste Lösungen zu entwickeln und zu implementieren.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

•Entwicklung und Implementierung von technischen Lösungen für die Integration von Order-Management-Systemen unter Verwendung branchenüblicher Tools und Plattformen.
•Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanager:innen und Solution Architekt:innen, um Kundenanforderungen in effektive technische Konfigurationen zu übersetzen.
•Gestaltung und Durchführung von Systemintegrationen, inklusive Anpassung und Konfiguration von Middleware und anderen Integrationsplattformen zur Optimierung des Datenaustausches.
•Durchführung umfangreicher Tests zur Sicherstellung der Funktionalität und Zuverlässigkeit der Integration.
•Dokumentation der technischen Prozesse und der implementierten Lösungen zur Unterstützung des Wissenstransfers und der zukünftigen Wartung.
•Koordination mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Überwachung und Steuerung des Projektfortschritts und zur Sicherstellung der Projektziele.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, solltest du über folgende Qualifikationen verfügen:

•Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
•Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Systemintegration mit Schwerpunkt auf Order Management Systemen und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Einzelhandelskunden.
•Starke technische Fähigkeiten in der Nutzung von Integrationswerkzeugen und -technologien.
•Erfahrung mit Order Management Systemen (OMS) und verwandten Technologien.
•Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeiten zur Bewältigung komplexer technischer Herausforderungen.
•Starke Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv in einem multidisziplinären Team arbeiten zu können.
•Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben und Prioritäten in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld zu managen.
•Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur effektiven Kommunikation in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld.
