Ihr Aufgabengebiet: 

 

Sie …

•    bereiten Monats-, Quartals-  und Jahresabschlüsse vor 
•    erstellen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
•    erstellen Reports und Statistiken
•    bearbeiten das Eingangsbuch für Kreditorenrechnungen
•    prüfen und bearbeiten Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen
•    prüfen Kontierungen und Zahlläufe
•    pflegen Stammdaten- und Schnittstellen
•    kümmern sich um das Meldewesen und Statistiken
•    unterstützen bei Projekten 
•    arbeiten bei der Anlagenbuchhaltung mit
•    unterstützen die Teamleitung

Ihr Profil:

•    Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
•    Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) von Vorteil
•    Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
•    Gute Kenntnisse im Umsatzsteuerrecht
•    Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
•    IFRS-Kenntnisse
•    SAP FI-Kenntnisse
•    Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Fähigkeit zum analytischen Denken und zum Optimieren von Prozessen
•    Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
