**Senior Pricing Specialist (M/F/d)**:
As a **Senior Pricing Specialist**, you will be responsible for monitoring price competitiveness, managing price communication and supporting the development of a long-term pricing strategy. This is a challenging and rewarding role for individuals with a passion for the automotive industry and a drive to succeed.

**_ We want you to:_**:

- Develop and implement pricing strategies for new vehicle development projects to meet business objectives and targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to establish a pan-European pricing direction for the launch of new Genesis vehicles
- Monitor the price competitiveness of existing vehicles across Europe and implement measures for improvement
- Collaborate with the National Sales Companies to track taxation and incentives in the European markets
- Support in setting country-specific prices and optimize pricing to maximize profitability
- Manage effective communication of prices to internal and external stakeholders
- Support the development of a long-term pricing strategy

**_About you:_**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or comparable
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant pan-European work experience within the automotive industry with specific experience in Pricing and Product Management
- In-depth knowledge of European markets and customers
- Solution-focused working style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A deep understanding of and interest in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with industry analytical tools such as JATO, NCBS, IHS, etc
- Fluency in English; any other language is an advantage
