Your responsibilities:- Planning and coordination for high complexity category programmes
- Providing input and support to Chief Engineers
- Leading and developing the team
- Managing workload and resources across multiple programmes
- Planning and coordination of all design activities to ensure on time delivery
- Participate in Technical Audits
- Develop tools, processes and methods for delivery of design deliverables for project deadlines
- Reporting / Forecasting of status and updating of KPIs Your profile:- Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or comparable
- Significant professional experience in aerospace industry, in structural engineering or mechanical engineering
- Good knowledge in leadership through a full programm lifecycle
- Highly proficient in CATIA and PLM
