Your Prospective Job:

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will work on high-complexity category programs, providing input and support to Chief Engineers, leading and developing a team, and managing workload and resources.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Planning and coordination for high-complexity category programs
  • Providing input and support to Chief Engineers
  • Leading and developing the team
  • Managing workload and resources across multiple programs
  • Planning and coordination of all design activities to ensure on-time delivery
  • Participating in Technical Audits
  • Developing tools, processes, and methods for delivery of design deliverables for project deadlines
  • Reporting and forecasting of status and updating of KPIs
Your Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field, significant professional experience in the aerospace industry, and good knowledge in leadership through a full program lifecycle.
