Our SC/WTL department is responsible for the management of load carriers and the procurement of universal load carriers. The partner areas with which SC/WTL is networked cover the entire supply chain: Passenger Car & Powertrain Plants, Suppliers, Supplier Management, Purchasing, Planning, Development, Transportation Management and many more. The challenge lies in the efficient and centralized management of this large network and the optimization of complex international processes. The SC/WTL teams are based in different locations within Germany. As part of our Sindelfingen team, you will provide cross-location methodical and process-related support to the department management and the teams at the various locations.

Your tasks:
Revision of the social intranet site: You are responsible for updating and optimizing the social intranet site. You will check the existing content for topicality and relevance and develop concepts to improve user-friendliness and the flow of information Preparing committee documents: You will prepare committee documents for the management team with the aim of effectively supporting decision-making processes. This includes researching, analyzing and preparing relevant information and presenting your findings Sparing for controlling processes: As a Business Partner*, you will support the exchange with Controlling and the regular planning rounds by providing analyses, reports and recommendations, thus helping to increase the financial performance of the company Reviewing processes: You will analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement and work on the implementation of process optimizations Business analytics: creating data analysis and creating dashboards in Power BI, both for cost topics and based on operational data Organizational tasks for SC/WTL: In the Supply Chain/Transport Logistics (SC/WTL) area, you will take on organizational tasks and support management in the control and optimization of load carrier logistics Qualifikationen Enrolled student of economics, engineering or a comparable degree program Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working Previous experience in logistics and / or controlling High motivation, initiative and ability to work in a team Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI Very good written and spoken German and English skillsPersonal skills:
