Innomotics is developing the business to meet the green hydrogen growth opportunity. The business currently provides engineered solutions for power systems to drive the electrolyzers used for green hydrogen production. Our solutions are based out of the Innomotics portfolio for rectifiers and drives but also leverage decades of project engineering and execution competence for adjacent electrolyzer markets.

Your future role.
- As a Global Sales Manager Solutions for Green Hydrogen you build the sales organization, coach people and manage global coordination of effort and focus in support of the go to market strategy.
- You develop the sales strategy and the tactical plan to achieve business targets and foster strong growth in orders.
- It’s needed to work closely with the Head of Hydrogen and Other Verticals on business strategy on bringing insights into customer needs and trends developing in green hydrogen projects to the roadmap discussions for product selection, development and solution architecture.
- In addition you manage global team coordination toward the focus market areas, plans sales volumes and potential of target customers and you coordinate CRM for forecasts and planning.
- You develop strong industrial networks and relationships with end users, EPC and electrolyser OEMs.
- Morevover you conduct sales activities in support of the strategy, investigate and evaluate specific business opportunities for the customer related product and service portfolio.
- You prepare and negotiate projects and proposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management and contributes to the development of an After Sales Service that is focused on customers'.
- The basis of your success is a completed Bachelor or Master degree in electrical/automation engineering and a power system engineering background.
- Building on this, you have already gained a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager towards a process industry market segment and have a clear understanding of the End User, EPC and Product OEM roles in project development.
- Knowledge of hydrogen production with electrolyzers and the hydrogen industry and its value chain rounds up your profile.
- To succeed, you must have the ability to work both independently and in teams.
- You easily connect to people and have good communication and social skills.
- We are looking for flexible person who can plan and structure their own work as well as that of a global team, is customer-focused and likes to stay up to date on technological developments and industry trends.
- Fluent German and English, verbal and written is mandatory. A working knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage.
