We are seeking a Hydrogen Solutions Portfolio Manager (f/m/d) at Innomotics – A Siemens Business.
Your Role:
As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the global development of our Hydrogen Production portfolio, aimed at supporting the burgeoning sector of green hydrogen production. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and executing annual development initiatives, including maintenance, engineering enhancements, and cost-effective design, all within the allocated budget and established roadmap.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders and business development teams to gain insights into market demands and value creation, ensuring that customer feedback is systematically integrated into product development and solution optimization.
- Formulating and implementing strategies to enhance the competitiveness of our solutions, focusing on scalability and modularity, particularly regarding E-house solutions for hydrogen production power supply.
- Working closely with product line managers to ensure alignment in product development, upgrades, and the selection of key technologies.
- Providing technological support for pilot project acquisition and execution, working alongside sales and local teams to implement newly developed or optimized solutions.
- Fostering a Frontrunner Mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and driving market trends.
- Offering technical guidance, training, and interregional coordination to our partners at both regional and central levels.
- A master's degree or doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
- Several years of relevant experience with a technology provider or system integrator, focusing on power systems and solution design, system architecture, and E-House development.
- A solid understanding or eagerness to learn about energy production processes and power supply solutions, such as water electrolysis.
- Strong technical acumen to swiftly grasp technological challenges and concepts, enabling effective design and integration of environmentally friendly solutions.
- A collaborative team player, capable of working with regional companies, product management, and technical experts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with the structure, processes, and challenges of the green hydrogen market is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a significant plus.
