TasksWe are seeking a visionary and driven Founders Associate to join our international and interdisciplinary team. The Founders Associate will play a pivotal role in ideating, developing, and executing innovative strategies to drive growth and success. This position offers a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded individuals to immerse themselves in the startup ecosystem, gain hands-on experience, and make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the founding team to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess market needs, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for disruption.
- Develop and refine the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives in alignment with market demands and company goals.
- Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and validation of new product/service ideas through rapid prototyping and user testing.
- Drive the development of innovative business models, revenue streams, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, investors, and key decision-makers.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to internal teams and stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for the company, representing our values, vision, and objectives in various forums and events.
- Continuously evaluate and iterate on strategies based on market feedback, emerging trends, and performance metrics.
- Advanced student of management/business/economics or a related field. The most important thing is that you bring the passion and drive for this role.
