Role OverviewAs a Founders Associate at Enzo, you will collaborate closely with the founding team, gaining hands-on experience across multiple business areas. Whether you are a full-time hire or an intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, scaling our operations, and helping us expand our innovative water monitoring solution to new markets. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-growth environment, where you will gain insight into startup operations and develop your entrepreneurial skillset.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Initiatives: Support the founders in high-priority projects, including market research, partnership development, and business scaling.
- Operations: Assist in streamlining operational processes to ensure efficient scaling of the company, from product development to customer onboarding.
- Business Development: Help explore and foster new opportunities for growth, including B2B collaborations, market entry strategies, and go-to-market planning.
- Investor Relations & Fundraising: Assist in preparing presentations, gathering data, and analyzing key metrics to support ongoing investor communications and fundraising efforts.
- Product Development: Work closely with the tech team to align product roadmaps with business objectives, providing insights from a commercial perspective.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Engage with current and potential customers or partners, helping establish and maintain key relationships.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends to shape Enzo's positioning and strategy.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess an entrepreneurial mindset, be a problem solver, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should also be analytical and organized, with strong verbal and written communication skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, economics, or engineering, is required. Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
