Founders Associate RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our founding team as a Founders Associate. In this role, you'll work closely with our founders to drive strategic initiatives, scale our operations, and help us expand our innovative water monitoring solution to new markets. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple business areas, develop your entrepreneurial skillset, and contribute to the growth and success of a high-growth startup.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Initiatives: Support the founders in high-priority projects, including market research, partnership development, and business scaling.
- Operations: Assist in streamlining operational processes to ensure efficient scaling of the company, from product development to customer onboarding.
- Business Development: Help explore and foster new opportunities for growth, including B2B collaborations, market entry strategies, and go-to-market planning.
- Investor Relations & Fundraising: Assist in preparing presentations, gathering data, and analyzing key metrics to support ongoing investor communications and fundraising efforts.
- Product Development: Work closely with the tech team to align product roadmaps with business objectives, providing insights from a commercial perspective.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Engage with current and potential customers or partners, helping establish and maintain key relationships.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends to shape Enzo's positioning and strategy.
We're looking for a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. If you're passionate about technology, sustainability, or the real estate/insurance sectors, and have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, economics, engineering, or a related field, we'd love to hear from you.
